Drexel has won 14 straight and 20 of its last 21 games, but it’s getting more difficult for the Dragons to cover the spread. For a 10-game stretch, the Dragons were perfect against the spread. But in four games over the last two weeks, Drexel lost three times ATS—despite the fact that in those two outright victories the Dragons outscored the opposition by eight (Towson) and nine (Hofstra). Tuesday night, they faced another bridge too far—as 17-point favorites against William & Mary at home—and barely got out of their own arena alive, winning 63-61.
