A lottery ticket worth nearly $494,000 was sold in Southwest Philadelphia for the Pennsylvania Cash 5 March 22 drawing. The ticket was sold at Philly Donut, 6508 Woodland Ave., Philadelphia.
The ticket correctly matched all five balls, 07-11-17-23-37, to win a jackpot of $493,578, less 25 percent federal withholding.
The retailer will receive a $500 bonus for selling the winning ticket.
Lottery officials cannot confirm the identity of the winner until the prize is claimed and the ticket is validated. Cash 5 winners have one year from the drawing date to claim prizes.
