The Parx Open Winter Showdown opened Monday with 280 entrants in the first event, a $300 buy-in no-limit, hold’em tournament won by Igor Rabinowitz, who collected $14,550.
The Parx Winter Showdown series, which is a Wold Poker Tour Regional event, continues through March 7 and includes 12 events.
The Showdown’s main event is a $500 buy-in no-limit, hold’em tournament on March 6 with a $40,000 guarantee.
