Former Eagles head coach Dick Vermeil and former Eagles players will be celebrity guests at a wine dinner at the Valley Forge Casino Resort’s Pacific Prime restaurant on Wednesday, June 27.
Vermeil, one of the most popular figures in Philadelphia sports history, now has his own winery and several of his vintages will be featured in pairings with a special four-course meal at the casino in Valley Forge. Along with Vermeil, also at the dinner will be former Eagles Ron Jaworski, Mike Quick and Joe Pisarcik.

* Vermeil “1980 Luvisi” Zinfandel (2009) paired with Local Heirloom tomato salad.
* Vermeil Sauvignon Blanc (2010) paired with Copper River salmon.
* Vermeil Cabernet Sauvignon (2007) paired with Prime New York Strip steak.
* Vermeil Sweet Sémillon (2009) paired with Lemon Trio.
