Broadway Burger
Headed to The Quarter

January 11, 2013 -

The Quarter at the Tropicana will be getting a new burger restaurant this spring filling the spot where Red Square had been located. Broadway Burger is expected to open its doors in April, the casino announced.

Broadway Burger is described as a gourmet burger bar and the Atlantic City restaurant will be the second in a casino. There’s a Broad Burger Bar and Grill at New York New York in Las Vegas.

Among menu items is the hub cap burger, which is served on a brioche bun and weighs in at a whopping 24 ounce.

Burgers may be the star of the show but there are plenty of other items on the menu— jumbo shrimp and crab cocktail, chicken sandwiches, turkey burgers, and there are vegetarian options, such as the barley and lentil burger and the sesame tuna burger.

A full service bar and live entertainment takes makes Broadway Burger a cut above the average burger restaurant. Live acoustic acts are scheduled Thursday through Saturday.

The restaurant is expected to be open seven days a week starting at 11:30 a.m. until 11 p.m., Sunday through Wednesday and to early morning hours, Thursday through Saturday.
